For local clients within the Orlando, Florida area, you have many options. We can meet in person either at your office or a coffee shop of your choosing. We can also chat on the phone or hold a video call via Skype. It’s up to you as to what you prefer. I do recommend for extensive design projects we meet in person at least once to hash out concepts and creativity.
For remote clients, you have the option of a phone call or a video call via Skype.

There really isn’t a solid answer to that question because all clients have unique needs when it comes to social media. Depending on how quickly I’m granted access to your social networks and analytics I can begin conducting an audit. An audit can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days. After the audit is complete, the user persona building, and curation and creation steps of the process can take between 3 to 10 business days. Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing can be an ongoing process or deadline-driven depending on business needs.
I always provide clients with realistic expectations during every step of the process.

It depends on your business needs. Many times, the native analytics paired with your web analytics is more than enough. In fact, even for scheduling and monitoring, the free versions of Buffer and Hootsuite work quite well for many SMBs. However, when necessary, I will recommend the purchasing of social tools that help with management, scheduling, and monitoring such as Buffer or Sprout Social
The tools I use are largely dependent on the social platforms you’re currently utilizing. When conducting an audit, I rely on the steps involved in performing a competitor analysis, trending topics, and hashtag research tools.
For monitoring my own social metrics, I use native analytics within each social platform (i.e. Facebook Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, etc.). For in-depth paid campaigns I use AdHawk and for social media scheduling, I use Buffer and the native scheduling features where available.
